Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your order is a printed Quran personalised with your name and delivered as a gift on your behalf. It is not shipped to you. The following rules apply:
1. Cancellation within 24 hours
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment, without giving a reason.
2. Changing the printed name
You may change the name within 24 hours of payment by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number and the correct name. After that the name goes to print and cannot be changed, so please check it before ordering.
3. After 24 hours
The Product is in printing personalised with your name and preparation for delivery. It cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded except in cases 4 and 5.
4. Our error
If the name is printed differently from what you entered, or the quantity delivered differs from the package you paid for, we will redo the order correctly or refund you in full, as you choose.
5. Delivery guarantee
If we cannot deliver the Quran or send you the delivery video within 30 days of the order date, you may choose a full refund or delivery of your order in the next batch.
6. Non-refundable cases
Errors in the name or WhatsApp number reported more than 24 hours after payment, and delivery messages not received because of an incorrect number or email entered by the Customer. The video remains available on the "Track your order" page.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of our approval. They appear in your account within the time set by your bank or payment provider (usually 5 to 14 business days). Refunds do not include fees charged by your bank on the transaction.
