Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Naba Store (nabaquran.com), owned and operated by MKSB LLC. These terms govern your use of the store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Privacy, Refund and Delivery policies published on the store. Please read them before ordering.
1. Definitions
- "Store", "we" or "us": Naba Store (MKSB LLC) and its website.
- "Customer" or "you": anyone who uses or buys from the Store.
- "Product": a printed Quran with a label bearing the name chosen by the Customer, delivered as a gift on the Customer's behalf to a Recipient chosen by the Store.
- "Distribution partners": local schools, Quran circles and learning centres the Store works with to deliver the copies and film the delivery.
- "Recipient": the Quran-memorisation student who receives the copy.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
3. The Product and delivery
- You are buying a printed Quran personalised with the name you choose, delivered as a gift on your behalf to a Quran-memorisation student through our distribution partners. The Quran is not shipped to your address.
- The order is delivered when the Quran is handed to the Recipient. Ownership passes to the Recipient on delivery, and the delivery video sent to you is the proof of delivery.
- The usual delivery time is 5 to 10 days from the order. Some batches may take longer as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- The Store determines the delivery location and the Recipients according to need and available batches. A specific Recipient or location cannot be chosen.
- Each copy is a complete Quran (Hafs 'an 'Asim). The edition or cover may vary between batches.
4. Commercial nature
- Naba is a commercial online store. It is not a charity or a non-profit organisation, and it does not collect donations or zakat under any name.
- All amounts paid are the price of the Product, including printing, shipping, delivery and the video proof of delivery. Each order receives an electronic purchase receipt. No donation receipt or tax-deduction document is issued.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). The price shown when the order is placed applies, and it includes printing, shipping, delivery and the video proof, with no shipping fees charged to the Customer.
- Payments are processed by a licensed, authorised payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your card issuer may charge its own fees, such as currency conversion fees. These are outside the Store's control and are not part of the order price.
- The Store may refuse or cancel any order and refund it in full, including orders suspected of fraud or orders that breach these terms.
6. Order details
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the name to be printed and of the WhatsApp number and email address used to send you the delivery video and receipt.
- You may change the name within 24 hours of payment. After that, the order moves to printing.
- You must not request any text that is offensive, contrary to public morals or inappropriate for the Quran. The Store may refuse such an order and refund it.
7. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of payment. After that, the Product goes into printing personalised with your name and cannot be cancelled or returned, except in the cases set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, including the 30-day delivery guarantee.
8. Problems and payment disputes
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us first with your order number. We will resolve it or refund you under the Refund Policy. If a payment is disputed with your bank or payment provider, the Store may submit the order details, communication records and the delivery video as evidence that the Product was delivered.
9. Proof-of-delivery video
- The delivery video is filmed for your order and made available to you through a private link and on the "Track your order" page. You may share it for personal purposes.
- The Store may use general distribution footage to present its services, without showing your personal data.
- Deliveries are filmed in coordination with distribution partners, with respect for the Recipients and their privacy.
10. Intellectual property
The Naba name and logo and the Store's designs, texts, images and videos are protected and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission. The Naba trademark is used in this store under licence from its owner.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Store for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, or attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to its systems or to other people's data.
12. Limitation of liability
- The Store is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control at the delivery location, such as weather, roads or local procedures. Your right to a refund under the delivery guarantee remains.
- In all cases, the Store's liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned.
13. Electronic communications
You agree that we may contact you about your order by WhatsApp or by the email address in the order, and that electronic receipts and notices replace paper documents.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version here with the date of the last update. Each order is governed by the terms published when it was placed.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
