This policy explains what data we collect when you use Naba Store (nabaquran.com), owned by MKSB LLC (the data controller), why we collect it, who we share it with and how we protect it.
What we collect
- The name you ask us to print on the Quran.
- Your WhatsApp number, to send the order confirmation and delivery video.
- Your email address, to send the receipt.
- Payment data: processed directly by the payment provider; we receive only the card type, the last four digits and the transaction status.
- Basic technical data such as device type, browser and IP address, to run the website and protect it from fraud.
Why we use it
- To perform your order, print the name and document the delivery.
- To send order messages, the video and the receipt.
- To answer your enquiries and handle cancellations, refunds and disputes.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
WhatsApp messages
We use your number only for messages about your order. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our authorised payment providers, to process transactions.
- Hosting and messaging providers that help us run the service, only to the extent necessary.
- Distribution partners: the printed name only, without your number or email.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to run the website and complete payment. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Where your data is stored
Your data may be processed and stored on our service providers' servers outside your country of residence. We protect it in line with this policy and choose providers that apply recognised security standards.
Retention
We keep your order data for as long as needed to perform and follow up the order, then for the period required by accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

We use encrypted connections and limit access to data to those who need it to perform your order.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and any other applicable regulations, you may ask to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages by emailing naba@nabaquran.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Children
Purchases are for adults aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
