Shipping and Delivery Policy
The Quran is shipped to the Recipient, not to your address. We print the name you choose on a label attached to the Quran, local distribution partners deliver it as a gift on your behalf to students of Quran circles and schools, and we send you a video proof of delivery.
Where we deliver
We deliver Qurans to Quran-memorisation students in areas where copies are hard to obtain, through local distribution partners (schools, Quran circles and learning centres). The Store determines the delivery location and Recipients according to need and available batches.
Order stages
- Order received: you receive a WhatsApp message after payment.
- On the way: we group orders into batches, print the names and send them to our distribution partners, and you receive a message with the expected date.
- Delivered and documented: the delivery is filmed and we send you the video on WhatsApp, usually within 5 to 10 days of the order.
Tracking
Each order has a number shown in the WhatsApp confirmation. Enter it with your phone number on the "Track your order" page to see your order's stage and, later, the delivery video, which stays saved there.
Fees
There are no shipping fees for the Customer. The package price includes printing, shipping, delivery and the video proof.
Delays
Some batches may be delayed for reasons beyond our control at the delivery location (weather, roads or local procedures). We will keep you informed. If the delay exceeds 30 days, you may request a refund under the delivery guarantee.
